We were one of the first firms in Belgium that was natively digital: we have a strong track record and tried and tested models to connect our client's owned media (blogs, social media,...) to their earned media efforts - media relations, word of mouth (WOM) and e-word of mouth (e-WOM). We also believe in freely sharing our knowledge. We do that on our blog, in our monthly webinars and at conferences.
How we work: "lean PR"
In our work, we are influenced by the ‘lean’ methodology as it was invented by Toyota and popularized by Eric Ries’ ‘The Lean Startup’. For us, lean PR means that we try to avoid all forms of waste and false productivity and that we prefer to execute an overarching strategy in well defined ‘sprints’ with clear deliverables and deadlines. This saves us time – and our clients money.
About the team
FINN was founded in 2006 by Raf Weverbergh and Kristien Vermoesen, both former journalists whose work appeared on national and international media. In the past years, Kristien and Raf have assembled a team of experienced consultants who share their values and mission.
Awards & accolades
The 2015 Holmes Report named FINN as one of the most interesting boutique agencies in the world "to watch", because of its strong track record and its innovative approach to PR. Our blog was named as "one of the best European blogs on PR and corporate communication" by the international magazine Communication Director. In 2015, after winning the Belgian preselections, FINN sent the first ever "Belgian Young PR Lions" team to the Cannes Lions, where they finished 4th against 20 teams from all over the world.
